Just dive in dude. Nothing to be nervous about. Just be yourself and it will come through in your writing. People reading blogs appreciate honestly and transparency. Also it doesn’t have to be perfect. I changed the theme of my blog many times until I found something that fit. There is a saying instead of “ready aim fire” you “fire then aim”.

To your first comment. You have to check with some of the socialbookmarks that you are submitting to. Some adhere to the “nofollow” and some do not. I would search google for social bookmark sites that allow it, although it’s not that many. For the ones that don’t I still find that I get a good amount of traffic for it. Especially the ones that have good ranking. Overall take a look at your strategy, if you want to link build for ranking you may want to look to forums, articles, etc. If you want to acquire traffic, you can blog comment on high page ranking blogs and provide meaningful comments.

Your Second Comment: You have to make sure you are registered with all the social bookmarks you are submitting to before using the service. I would use the same user and password for all of them for speed and convenience. You only have to do this once, because it’s a pain doing it for the first time. Then after you use the service, you would need to go back manually into each social bookmark to make sure it was submitted. Then when you want to submit again, it will be a lot smoother because you have already registered with all the social bookmarks and would just need to submit your entry. I haven’t had a problem yet with it submitting to the bookmarks that were listed. Hope this helps.
